What are the requirements for buildings covered by Perlindungan Rumah MyHome?

Perlindungan Rumah MyHome covers buildings that meet the following criteria:

  • Used as a residence, with a maximum of 3 floors
  • Not an apartment
  • Has a minimum road access width of 6 meters or is accessible by fire trucks
  • Has not been subject to flooding in the last 5 years
  • The building structure and components, such as walls, roof cover, and floors, are not made of flammable materials.
