Follow these steps to submit claim for Saldo Prima:
Login to eBenefit Health mobile application
Select eClaim menu
Click icon (+) at the right-bottom part of the page.
Create new claim. Selece the appropritate member and policy number in the 'Name' field.
Select "Top-up Benefit" in the "Benefit" field.
Input the claim amount along with the documents such as invoice or payment receipt that include official name and address of the health providers/pharmacy.
Claim must be submitted within 1x24 hours after transaction takes place.
Medicines and vitamins must be purchased at an official pharmacy that issues a purchase receipt.
