How can we submit claim for health insurance?

There are 2 options for the health insurance claim:

1. Cashless Claim Submission

You can submit a cashless claim at our provider networks (hospitals/clinics) by showing your eCard to the hospital staff. eCard can be accessed in MyPro+ website and mobile application through MyInsurance menu or eBenefit Health mobile application.

2. Reimbursement Claim Submission

You can submit a reimbursement claim through the eBenefit Health app, available for both Android and iOS.

Here’s how to submit a reimbursement claim using the eBenefit Health app:

  1. Download the app via Playstore (Android) or Appstore (iOS)
  2. Open eBenefit Health app and use the email that has been activated for login.
  3. Select eClaim menu.
  4. Click icon (+) at the right-bottom part of the page.
  5. Create new claim. Select the appropritate member and policy number in the 'Name' field.
  6. Select the benefit that you want to claim.
  7. Input the claim amount along with complete claim documents.
  8. Click 'Submit' to send your claim.
