Claim submission should be proposed via eBenefit General mobile application. You can activate your account using the current MyPro+ email. eBenefit General App is now available in Google Play Store for Android users and App Store for iOS users.
Claim submission guideline:
1. Open eBenefit General App
2. Login with your activated email and password
3. Click 'MyClaim' menu at the right-bottom of the homepage
4. Select 'Claim Submission'
5. Select policy which you want to claim
6. Fill all the required information
7. Click 'Submit'
